Deal into empty columns
Keep these points in mind. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves.
Ten columns and a stock
A few details help explain this feature. The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five.
Descending rank placement
The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement. An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card. A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher.
Move a group
A break in rank prevents the entire selected group from moving together. A descending group moves as a unit only when every selected card shares a suit. Same-suit building can reduce the work needed to separate mixed sequences later. A suit change can leave a smaller movable group at the bottom of a column.
Keep space available
Here are the details for this mode. A new stock row fills every empty column with one card. Empty columns remain useful for separating temporary mixed builds. You may preserve an empty column until you decide to deal from the stock. Any exposed card or legal same-suit group can occupy an empty column.
Stock deals are still shared
A few details help explain this feature. Undo restores the previous arrangement when the stock-deal snapshot is available. You cannot direct an individual stock card to a chosen destination. A stock deal places one card onto each of the ten columns. Dealing can block an existing sequence as well as reveal new combinations.
Clear the table
A few details help explain this feature. The game removes a complete run automatically at the bottom of a column. Changing the number of suits does not change the number of required runs. A complete run contains thirteen face-up cards in one suit from King to Ace. Eight collected runs are required to finish Relaxed Spider.
Try another decision
Keep these points in mind. Hints identify legal options without guaranteeing a win. New game creates a fresh shuffle in the selected suit setting. Random relaxed deals are not presented as guaranteed solvable. Replay restores the same shuffle for another attempt.
